Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Lafayette Hill, PA is seeking a Part time Medication Aide/Med Tech to ensure residents receive medications safely and with dignity. You will administer medications, follow the six rights, and document in MAR/TAR in real time while observing residents for changes.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, medication administration certification, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Senior care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer meds as ordered for relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
