Qualifications

• Must hold state certification to pass medications.
• Experience coordinating medication administration and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Assist with the daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs to Health Care Director and other staff.
