Qualifications

• Licensed Medication Aide in SD; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a Registered Nurse.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and timely medication delivery following policies.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and report changes.
• Document medication administration and care activities.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow infection control practices.
