Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medication Administration certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration and document in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes and report concerns promptly.
