Job summary

Monarch Communities seeks a Medication Technician to support Brandywine Senior Living residents. This part-time role (7-11a and 3-8p) is hourly, reports to the Director of Health & Wellness, and requires HIPAA compliance, patient care, and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with self-administration, and maintaining compliant records. A high school diploma and 6+ months of senior-care experience are expected, with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Medication Technician training and competency testing.
• Ability to perform medication administration in accordance with State Regs.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Adheres to HIPAA policies and completes required training.

Responsibilities

• Administer and/or assist with medication self-administration per care plan and physician orders.
• Maintain medical records and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide resident care to meet needs per care plan and maintain privacy and dignity.
