Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medication administration, including self-administration as per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory, storage, and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and daily living assistance in a team setting.
• Prioritize independence and offer emotional support with engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents and staff.
