Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Arizona seeks a dedicated Medication Technician (Med Tech/CMA) to support residents with medication administration and daily living activities in our community. You will work as part of a compassionate care team focused on safety, comfort, and dignity.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid medication administration license, current First Aid/CPR, and at least 12 months of experience in a caregiving setting. Weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP/Certified Caregiver) or meet state requirements for medication administration in assisted living.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication, including self-administration per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
