Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking Med Tech/CMA professionals to provide compassionate medication administration and daily living assistance to our residents. You will join a supportive team, follow care plans, manage medication inventories, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff to ensure safety, dignity, and well‑being.

Weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• 12+ months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication, including self-administration per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
