Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP) or meet state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medications per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
