• Experience in marketing and sales to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the public, residents and families.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and use CMS and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand standards for Frontida entities and clients.
• Create and implement sales strategies to attract potential residents.
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics and competitors.
• Develop marketing materials and digital content to promote the facility.
• Build relationships with referral sources to generate leads.
• Coordinate community events, workshops, and tours.
• Lead tours for prospective residents and families, highlighting amenities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and welcoming environment.
• Report on campaigns performance and KPI benchmarks.
• Train staff on phone handling, messaging, and tours.
• Explain income qualification and service level assessment processes.
• Follow up weekly with active inquiries and maintain lead tracking.
• Prepare weekly sales reports for the Regional Sales Director.
• Collaborate with Executives to manage occupancy and waiting lists.
• Develop internal and external events to raise community awareness.
