Job summary

Frontida Assisted Living is seeking a Community Relations Director to drive occupancy through strategic marketing and by cultivating strong relationships with potential residents and families. The role involves developing brand standards, sales strategies, market research, and coordinating events to raise community awareness and promote the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and sales to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the public, residents, families, and professionals.
• Ability to maintain sales records, CMS, and provide information as requested.
• Excellent analytical skills and data analysis; knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience working with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential residents.
• Maintain brand standards for Frontida and clients.
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics.
• Create marketing materials and digital content.
• Build relationships with referral sources to generate leads.
• Coordinate community events and tours for prospective residents.
• Report on campaigns performance and KPIs.
• Support move-in process with Executive Director and Nurse.
• Monitor first impressions and oversee marketing materials.
• Manage inquiry tracking and weekly sales reports.
