Job summary

The Carlisle- Ivy Signature Living is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department by handling administrative tasks, inquiries, and tours. The role involves assisting with resident move-ins and coordinating events that showcase the community and services.

You will help qualify prospects, manage referrals, and ensure a smooth tour experience while contributing to a welcoming, service-oriented environment across our California communities.

Qualifications

• Able to be flexible, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of property products and services to represent to referral sources and prospects.
• Walk the community tour route at start of day to ensure readiness for daily tours.
• Give community tours as a backup to Marketing Department
• Handle inbound inquiries by phone, walk-in, and mail, complete inquiry info cards and follow-up.
• Qualify prospects, convert to tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process as needed.
• Organize, plan and manage all marketing events within budget.
• Attend resident, family inquiry, and referral source events.
• Serve as liaison for residents and families new to the community.
• Follow a new move-in checklist accurately.
