Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a full-time nurse manager in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires an RN or LPN with 1–2 years of management experience in senior care to lead staffing, assess residents, and coordinate care planning. Weekend coverage as Manager-On-Duty may occur.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement resident-centered care, complete health assessments, and ensure safety while reducing falls and optimizing resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Candidates may be considered with caregiver certifications beneficial to the community plus management experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in directing/providing care for seniors preferred.
• A strong background in patient care assessment, assessing resident symptoms, and developing approaches to meeting resident needs.
• Has experience in community or long-term care settings.
• Must meet all state requirements.

Job Description

Schedule: Full-Time. Sunday - Thursday, 9am-5pm.
