Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Our Lady of the Lake Apartments in Baton Rouge, LA. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle work orders, and coordinate with the Directors to uphold quality standards.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of property maintenance experience, own their tools, and be skilled with HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing and carpentry. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years property maintenance experience.
• Able to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, and stair navigation.
• Must have own tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing maintenance-related and capital improvement activities with Directors.
• Inspecting and performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment and appliances.
• Coordinate with supervisors, residents, vendors, and coworkers.
• Satisfy work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances; basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
