Zusammenfassung

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on our multifamily properties in Baton Rouge. This hands-on role supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while ensuring safety and high standards of appearance.

You will collaborate with Maintenance and Property Management teams, participate in on-call coverage, and contribute to resident satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
