The role involves performing preventative maintenance across mechanical, plumbing, electrical trades and reading blueprints; on-call duties and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in commercial maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and HVAC.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled preventative maintenance in mechanical and plumbing.
• Performs skilled building and equipment repairs.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Prioritizes work as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• On-call program, including occasional weekends.
• Participates in drills and Emergency Response Team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
