Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in commercial maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and HVAC systems; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled preventative maintenance in mechanical and plumbing.
• Perform skilled building and equipment repairs.
• Handle drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical, locksmith, low voltage work as needed.
• Maintain tools and supplies in good condition.
• Prioritize work as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in drills and on-site meetings.
• Contribute to 24-hour on-call coverage including some weekend/night work.
