Bristol Glen, a United Methodist Communities community in Newton, NJ, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep a 74-acre campus running smoothly. The role involves HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs on resident apartments and common areas, with a schedule Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, electrical components, and building fixtures throughout resident apartments and community spaces.
• Respond to service requests from residents and team members, troubleshooting and resolving a variety of maintenance concerns.
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities to help ensure equipment reliability, safety, and peak performance.
• Document completed work, labor hours, and materials used within our maintenance management system.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and ongoing maintenance projects.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring, ordering, and organizing maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
