Job summary

Trinity Health's The Glen senior living community in New York is seeking a part-time Maintenance Worker I. The 45-acre campus includes independent living, cottages, assisted living and memory care, and residents feel like family.

You will maintain and operate facility equipment and fixtures to keep the buildings safe, clean, and welcoming. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, equipment servicing, bulb and fixture replacements, and completing work orders as directed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience accepted in lieu of education.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and operates facility equipment and fixtures.
• Performs carpentry, plumbing, electrical and equipment repairs.
• Completes work orders as directed by supervisor.
• Performs seasonal tasks such as snow removal.
