Americare Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to keep our Assisted Living communities safe, functional, and well maintained. You will perform routine upkeep, support grounds care, and work closely with leadership to ensure resident comfort and safety across indoor and outdoor spaces.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety policies, use of PPE, and timely reporting of issues. We welcome candidates who value a caring team culture and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and follow maintenance schedules and instructions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain buildings and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Perform routine and minor maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical, wiring, and general repairs.
• Maintain furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and water systems to ensure comfort.
• Replace air-conditioner filters and complete monthly maintenance checklists.
• Assist with disaster preparedness, including fire drills and emergency readiness activities.
• Notify management of major repair needs involving lighting, HVAC, plumbing, or building systems.
