Job summary

Willow Brook Run is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for a full-time role in our senior living community. You will perform hands-on maintenance to keep resident homes safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Tasks include basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, furniture handling, move-in readiness, snow removal, and addressing resident maintenance requests. A background check, physical, and drug test will be conducted, with professional references required.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
• Ability to organize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects safely.
• Pass background check, drug test, and provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain and clean homes and exteriors.
• Prepare homes for move-in including painting/remodeling.
• Assist residents with maintenance requests and snow removal.
