Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Prepare surfaces and complete interior and exterior painting projects.
• Patch drywall, sand, prime, and apply paint finishes.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
