Job summary

Waterstone on High Ridge in Stamford, CT is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for our facilities team. This is a full-time role with hours 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, plus on-call duties and flexible hours.

The Maintenance Assistant helps maintain grounds, facility and equipment; follows safety policies and supports preventative maintenance. English proficiency is required, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry is preferred. Walk-ins welcome for applications.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry required. Painting experience a plus.
• Knowledge in Preventative Maintenance preferred.
• English is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follows established policies, procedures and regulations.
• May be directed by the Director of Building Services.
