Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and repair experience preferred.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Flexible and dependable with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and tackle everyday repairs including leaky faucets, electrical issues, and other building maintenance.
• Assist with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, boilers and other building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to catch small problems before they become big.
• Handle varied projects and maintenance requests as they arise.
• Prepare resident apartments to be safe, comfortable, and move-in ready.
• Maintain a safe environment through inspections and safety checks.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members on larger projects.
• Build relationships with residents and contribute to a positive living environment.
