This full-time role offers hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems, with opportunities to tackle a variety of projects daily.

Formación

• Hands-On experience in maintenance, handyman, building repair, or facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and tackle everyday repairs, from leaky faucets and electrical issues to general building maintenance.
• Assist with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, boilers, and other building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to catch small problems before they become big ones.
• Handle a variety of projects, maintenance requests, and unexpected challenges.
• Prepare resident apartments so they're safe, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Help maintain a safe environment through inspections, repairs, and safety checks.
• Work with contractors, vendors, and fellow team members on larger projects.
• Build relationships with residents and take pride in improving their lives.
