Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living, Longmont, CO, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a full-time role at MorningStar of Longmont. You will maintain the building and equipment, perform repairs, and respond to requests from staff and residents to ensure a safe, well-kept living environment.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $24–$26, with schedule discussions at interview. Benefits and opportunities for advancement are provided; HS diploma or GED is preferred, and prior maintenance experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of maintenance related experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand specifications, plans, corrections, and safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance of building and equipment in all departments as requested by staff and residents
• Replace and repair fixtures, doors, windows, and electrical components
• Perform routine maintenance inspections and tests, and ensure safety standards are met
