MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Floor Tech for a senior living community in Lone Tree, CO. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, full-time hours, non-exempt status, and a pay range of $19 to $22.50 per hour.

The team emphasizes culture, compassionate care, and resident‑centered service. Responsibilities include maintaining spotless rooms and common areas, following infection control procedures, and ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident rooms and common areas on a daily basis.
• Maintain clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive living spaces for residents.
• Follow infection control practices and safety precautions at all times.
• Clean floors, bathrooms, windows, and furnishings as instructed.
• Handle waste properly and report hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Assist in keeping equipment and supplies organized and stored properly.
