Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform building and equipment upkeep, respond to staff and resident requests, and carry out repairs as directed. This full-time role schedules Tue-Sat and offers a $22–$25 hourly pay range.

You will replace filters, fix doors, paint, maintain all tools, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and at least one year of maintenance experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of maintenance related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand specifications, plans, corrections, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Replace float units in toilets and washers and unclog drains.
• Replace and clean air filters in HVAC units and other appliances.
• Repair doors, hinges, and locks.
• Paint walls, doors, and frames.
• Maintain a well-organized workshop and tool room.
