Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of maintenance related experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand specifications and safety rules

Responsibilities

• Replace and maintain fixtures, doors, locks, and hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance of building systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Repair and replace gutters, drains, and ceiling/floor tiles.
• Ensure safety standards and document completed work orders.
