Job summary

Enriched Senior Living seeks a Maintenance Assistant in Kerrville, Texas to perform maintenance and repairs of buildings and grounds, following Enriched Senior Living policies for preventive maintenance.

You will paint, repair, and oversee contractors; maintain grounds and cleanliness; inspect HVAC and plumbing; assist residents with moves; secure chemicals; and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing licenses preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs of buildings and grounds.
• Paint, repair, and oversee contractors as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance per policy and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside buildings.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Drive community vehicle for resident transport as needed.
• Follow all regulations and safety guidelines.
