Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our residence safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will inspect and repair equipment, electrical and HVAC systems, and building exteriors, while responding to work orders to support residents and staff.

You will operate as part of a friendly maintenance team, follow safety guidelines, and document tasks. The role may require evenings or weekend shifts and driving between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to operate a vehicle for service and deliveries if required

Responsibilities

• Regularly walk the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety
• Complete and document work orders for building, grounds and equipment maintenance and repairs
• Follow troubleshooting, report to Maintenance Director parts or supplies needed
• Assist the Director with inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and vendor oversight
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
