Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on community grounds and interior spaces.
• Clean and maintain floors, strips/seals wax tiles as needed.
• Inspect hallways for cleaning needs and remove trash.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Be on-call for after-hours and weekend maintenance emergencies.
