• Follow maintenance schedule and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Perform floor upkeep: carpet cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing.
• Strip, seal and wax tile floors as needed.
• Inspect hallways for cleaning needs and manage trash removal.
• Perform general repairs (plumbing, lighting, HVAC filters, carpentry).
• Report malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety of items and residents.
