Stoneridge Creek in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to maintain the physical plant, perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing, and handle seasonal repairs across the community.

The role requires independent work within the Plant Operations team, a strong focus on resident service, and experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC basics. A high school diploma and technical training are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; technical schooling preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in electrical, plumbing, painting and general maintenance in commercial/industrial/healthcare.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics; basic HVAC understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and seasonal repairs.
• Repair building equipment, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances as needed.
• Complete apartment turnovers and ensure quality workmanship.
