Job summary
Atlas Point at Prestonwood in Carrollton, TX is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep a luxury senior living community operating at peak performance. You will contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment that enhances the resident experience.
Key duties include completing unit turns, diagnosing and repairing issues, supporting renovations, and performing preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Multifamily/senior living maintenance experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Complete unit turns efficiently and thoroughly.
- Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in occupied units.
- Minimize vacancy time through strong execution and attention to detail.
- Assist with unit renovations and property upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure work is completed to company quality standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Follow all safety procedures and comply with standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
