Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or some college credits from a technical school or related experience.
• Proficient in apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical; drywall and painting essential.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; write routine reports and correspondences.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions in standard situations.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Operates various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with team members.
• Identifies and reports broken equipment or uncertain conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and equipment meeting safety regulations.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and the building/grounds.
• Maintains a positive customer service attitude in interactions with staff and residents.
