Job summary

Axis Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Affinity at Lewisville, a 55+ active adult community. You will lead a maintenance team, schedule work, and ensure upkeep of facilities per company standards.

You will coordinate service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and provide on‑call support as needed while upholding safety and quality. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in supervising a maintenance team preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a high‑performing maintenance team.
• Maintain community facilities and units to Axis Residential standards.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety of residents and assets.
• Coordinate and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance activities within the community.
• Manage inventory, parts, and budget compliance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and unit turns as needed.
• Provide emergency on‑call support as required.
