Sagora's Lyndale Abilene Memory Care community seeks a Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance operations, grounds, and facilities, ensuring safety and comfort for residents. The role includes coordinating preventive maintenance, managing work orders, and supervising maintenance staff to uphold clean, safe, and welcoming spaces.

You will respond to resident requests, liaise with management, and ensure compliance with regulations, while leading efforts to improve efficiency and appearance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in all phases of residential maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the community including grounds, fences, and common areas.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and track work orders.
• Respond to resident requests and coordinate with team on repairs and upkeep.
• Ensure safety and compliance with life safety regulations and inspections.
