Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in all phases of residential maintenance.
• Must maintain licensure and certification as required by state and federal agencies.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the community including grounds, facilities, and pools.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and track repairs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and use work orders system.
• Communicate with residents about status of repairs and respond to complaints.
• Conduct daily inspection of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
