Vista Springs is seeking a Residential Services Manager to lead the housekeeping department and coordinate daily tasks for residential services at our Grand Estate community. You will ensure clean, safe, and well-presented environments for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes life-safety compliance, adherence to regulations, and supervising the team to maintain brand standards. Strong attention to detail and hands-on leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1 year certificate from college or tech school preferred.
• 6–12 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• HVAC knowledge and building repair skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations and unit readiness.
• Ensure life safety, environmental readiness, and disaster planning compliance.
• Coordinate daily tasks, assign priorities, and inspect work quality.
• Maintain facility appearance and safety in a luxury retirement community.
• Supervise housekeepers and coordinate with contractors as needed.
