Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Maintenance Director for full-time leadership of environmental services across our community. You will oversee upkeep, safety, and housekeeping coordination, and manage maintenance IQ and on-site staff to ensure superior resident experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least five years hands-on maintenance experience, two years in senior living, and strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge (ADA/FHA).

Qualifications

• Two years in the senior living environment.
• Five years of hands-on building maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with FHA/ADA and building codes.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Display servant leadership and decisive decision making.
• Inspect interior and exterior areas to maintain appearance for residents and guests.
• Oversee front entrance appearances and overall safety housekeeping standards.
• Manage maintenance budget within community financial parameters.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires and with housekeeping coordination.
