Vista Springs Trillium Village Grand Estate is seeking a Working Leader to head the housekeeping department and coordinate daily tasks for residential services. The role includes ensuring compliance with life safety, MIOSHA standards, and maintaining a safe, well-run environment.

The Residential Services Manager will also manage room turns, minor remodeling, and cosmetic refresh projects while leading a team of staff and coordinating with contractors to uphold brand standards and quality living

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; one-year certificate from college/technical school or equivalent experience.
• HVAC certification is a plus; builder’s license is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, hands-on mentality, and attention to detail are valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping operations and coordinate daily tasks.
• Ensure life safety, environmental readiness, and disaster planning compliance.
• Oversee room turns, unit readiness, and light remodeling coordination.
• Coordinate safety committee meetings and maintain facility standards.
