Job summary

Vista Springs Trillium Village Grand Estate is seeking a Residential Services Manager to lead the housekeeping department and coordinate daily tasks for resident services. The role includes assigning work, setting priorities, and ensuring on-time completion while maintaining brand standards.

The RSM ensures life-safety and environmental readiness, disaster planning, and a safe, compliant, well-run environment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or housekeeping leadership is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong supervisory skills and contractor coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety compliance and conduct fire drills regularly.
• Oversee housekeepers and coordinate daily tasks for journeyman and related services.
• Prepare rooms for new resident occupancy and ensure readiness.
• Inspect facilities and manage repairs, remodeling and cosmetic refresh projects.
• Manage budgets and purchase supplies; coordinate with contractors as needed.
