Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Five+ years as a Maintenance Technician with supervisory experience.
• HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, including hiring, discipline, assessment, and termination of direct reports.
• Manage maintenance requests and job orders through completion.
• Oversee building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety compliance.
