• HVAC certification required.
• Minimum 5 years as a Maintenance Technician with supervisory experience preferred.

• Supervise maintenance staff and housekeeping; handle hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure staffing for all shifts and tasks.
• Manage all maintenance requests and log job orders through completion.
