Heritage West Allis Senior Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the community’s maintenance and physical operations. The role involves troubleshooting building systems, preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs to ensure a safe, comfortable home for residents.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relations while maintaining records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex maintenance problems.
• Prioritize urgent repairs while keeping up with preventive maintenance.
• Understand safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and employees.
• Willingness to participate in 24-hour on-call maintenance coverage as scheduled.

Responsabilités

• Maintain building systems and equipment to ensure safety and comfort.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Coordinate outside vendors for specialized repairs and services.
• Prepare apartments for move-ins/outs and maintain common spaces.
• Manage maintenance operations, inventory, and budget documentation.
• Drive community vehicles and respond to on-call maintenance needs.
