Job summary

Resolve Solutions in West Allis, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on building systems, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and facility operations in a resident-centered healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in maintenance, familiarity with Life Safety Code and OSHA standards, and will coordinate with leadership, inspect and respond to emergencies,

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance leadership in healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Familiarity with Life Safety Code and OSHA standards preferred.
• Ability to prioritize requests and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to keep the facility safe and functional.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for building systems.
• Coordinate repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code, OSHA, and healthcare regs.
• Maintain records of inspections, PM activities, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare the facility for state surveys and fire inspections.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for projects.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and safety concerns.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and department budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff and support facility leadership.
