Qualifications

• 3–5 years in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Train and lead maintenance staff and assess performance.
