Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance department activities.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local codes.
• Keep the community sanitary, attractive, and in good repair.
• Provide quality laundry service.
