Grace Management, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Director for the Shorehaven community. Lead maintenance operations, ensuring safety, quality repairs, and reliable facilities services to residents.

You will supervise trades, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage inventory while fostering a safe, respectful living environment. Strong leadership and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and operate cleaning equipment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural maintenance and grounds upkeep.
• Respond promptly to service requests from residents and management.
• Provide leadership, direction, and training to maintenance staff and associates.
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and emergency procedures.
• Manage tools inventory and maintain accurate maintenance records.
